Rules.1. You must have a website prior to signing up. If you do not have a website, get one - Geocities, etc. If you use Livejournal or something of the sort, please be sure that it is open for everyone to see. If people can't see your cards, how do you expect them to trade with you?.2. Much like a website, you must have a working email address. This is not only a means of communication between myself and you, but also between you and other members wanting to trade. .3. Have your starter pack up within 2-3 weeks and be sure to notify me via the appropriate Level Up form. .4. Play fair. Don't cheat by refreshing the randomizers until you get something you want. Don't take cards that aren't yours (from this site or from other members). Don't sign up for multiple accounts. Don't pester people about not trading with you, etc. If you get get caught cheating or pestering, you're going to get banned. .5. Please keep a trade log. This not only proves you earned your cards fairly, but also allows me to figure out who is still active in the TCG. At the very least, post somewhere on your site when you have last updated so when I do my sweeps of member's sites, I know you are still active. .6. Be relatively active - this means participating in games, trades, etc. You don't have to be the most active member on MC, but enough to make your presence known. I understand life gets in the way sometimes, so if you know you're going to be MIA for a bout of time, let me know. If you go missing for more than 2 months without word to me, you'll get placed on the Death list. After another month on the Death list, you'll get deleted from the site. Afterwards, if you choose to rejoin MC, you just need to contact me and you'll be reinstated. .7. Link back to MC - if someone finds and joins us because of your site, you'll get a reward.
